What is the cost?
The cost depends upon the type of business that you want to operate and the size of operations and the equipment and decor of your facility.
Do I have to live in China?
No. Owners and management may live where they chose. We expect most of the employees to run the business to come from the local community. However, some positions may require the expertise that can only be delivered by actually providing this expertise on location.
Can I buy more than one business?
Yes.
What is the minimum investment required to own one of the businesses?
The minimum investment starts at $200,000. A high end operations like a “Hard Rock Cafe” type operation will be more.
What will you do for me?
We will provide the location, long term lease, and complete build out for the facility including equipment and decor that is in line with an American Style.
We will work with you to ensure you have proper staff locally or from the USA or elsewhere and that key staff members receive the proper support and clearances to work in Hengshui for an extended period of time.
Is there financing available?
On a case by case basis we may provide a portion of the financing for your business idea and share in the operations and proceeds.

What kind of businesses can I own?
We have a list of unique businesses for AmericaTowne. The business must provide products and services from the USA. If you have a business that you believe is economically viable and will do well, we will consider working with you to develop the business.

Anyone with the financial resources and the vision to do so.
Can I provide a product or service?
Yes, as long as that product or service is made in the USA
